The race takes place entirely on the tow path north of the Prallsville Mill in Stockton.  The race is a fundraiser for the Delaware River Mill Society, which maintains the Prallsville Mill & 9 other historic buildings as well as 10 acres of grounds around the Mill. This unique 5k will be broken up into four fitness stations presented by trainers from Crossfit Pennington, Crossfit Summa, Crossfit Jolt and Leah Dillon Personal Training. When a runner has successfully completed a station, they get a wrist band from that gym good for a free class with that trainer.

Following the race, the Mills will host a Craft Fair in the Mill on both Saturday & Sunday from 10AM to 4PM.  Incredible art and hand made crafts will be on sale from talents including Ty Hodanish, Erika Rachel, Jewelry Designs by Miriam Seiden, Raku Pottery and Painted Stoneware by Nancy Zarbock, Fine Fiber Art by Feltini, featuring the work of Nathan DiStefano, and many more.

Then, when the sun goes down on Saturday night, the fun will continue with The Avengers showing on the outdoor movie screen. Tickets to the movie only are $5 in advance or $7 at the door. The bar will be open during the movie, and we’ll have popcorn & concessions for sale.
On Sunday, July 31st, the Mills will host a beer garden festival, food trucks, and an afternoon of live music from 3pm to 9pm. Many varieties of beer and wine will be available for purchase alongside food trucks, accompanied by live musical performances.
Performers include Magnolia Street String Band & Richard Cox and the youth program at Bucks County Playhouse.

Proceeds go to helping maintain and preserve the historic Prallsville Mill complex buildings and surrounding grounds. If the “obstacles” are your obstacle to registering, rest assured our trainers will be on hand to help – should you need it or a modification! Register here.
