Oktobeerfest is coming to Stockton, bringing its trademark beer, good times and plentiful food to the Prallsville Mills on Friday, October 26.
The party, a new annual fundraiser for Fisherman’s Mark, the Delaware River Mill Society and the Delaware River Towns Chamber of Commerce, will feature live music, craft brews, wine and good food provided by Local Harvest Pizza Events, More than Q BBQ and oWowCow Creamery. Tickets are $100 a person and include all-you-can-eat food, beer, wine, and a spiffy beer stein.
Music will be provided by Patty and the Bins, a rock band featuring local artist Patty Cronheim, which is also donating its time. Other sponsors include Borden Perlman, Ritchie & Page Distributing Co., Fedway Associates, ShopRite of Flemington, Local Harvest Pizza Events, More than Q BBQ, and oWowCow Creamery.
Beneficiaries include Fisherman’s Mark, a Lambertville institution best known for its ongoing food pantry. It also provides other services to meet basic needs such as crisis counseling and affordable childcare; The Delaware River Mill Society, operating the Prallsville Mills, a unique 10-building historic complex that has become a vibrant place of community, cultural and environmental events; and the Delaware River Towns Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau, working hard for the last 40 years to promote our region, including area businesses, not-for-profits, tourist and other attractions.
