23rd Annual Sheep & Fiber Festival

Where: Hunterdon County Fairgrounds in Lambertville
When: September 9th (9:00AM-5:00PM) & 10th (9:00AM-4:00PM)

This event is hosted by a fun, non-profit, educational organization promoting sheep and wool products in NJ!

The Alternative Half Marathon Washington Crossing, PA

Bucks County Cycling Classic

Save the date for the biggest weekend in Bucks County: September 9 & 10, 2017! Together, the Doylestown Arts Festival and Thompson Bucks County Classic draw over 30,000 spectators to the bustling downtown streets. There’s something for everyone: a wide variety of artisans, live music and food, as well as men’s and women’s Pro-cycling, a recreational ride for cycling enthusiasts and children’s races.

Now in its sixth year – with Lexus as the Official Vehicle – the Thompson Bucks County Classic is a professional International bicycle race and cycling festival. The final stop on the USA Cycling Pro Road Tour, the event packs six exciting races into one day: the Cyclosportif recreational ride, Amateur Men’s Race, Children’s Races, High Wheelers (back for a second year), Pro-Women’s Race, and the Grand Finale: the Thompson Criterium of Doylestown Pro-Men’s Race.

Beats Night

What: The New Hope Beat Poets Society is a group of local poets whose mission is to write, laugh, and be merry. The group meets the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM to share their original work in an open forum. All poets and listeners are welcome to join.

Harvest Winemakers Dinner- Autumn in Paris

Milford Alive

Free community celebration –street music, art, food, crafts, a wacky “bed race” and topping it off – fireworks! Come celebrate the history, culture and promise of this quaint Delaware River town in Milford, NJ.

Peddler’s Scarecrow Festival

When: September 16th & 17th 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Where: Peddler’s Village, Rtes 202 and 263, Lahaska, PA 18931
What: Stroll among the scarecrows on display throughout the Village. Guests can sign up for scarecrow-making workshops and take home their very own scarecrow! Live entertainment, food, children’s activities and pumpkin pie-eating contests both days.

You’ll think you’re in a bistro in St.-Germain-des Pres as you enjoy live music, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in Crossing’s newly completed Garden Room. Family Dinner Train

New Hope Arts & Crafts Festival

When: September 24th, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; September 25th, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: New Hope – Solebury High School, New Hope, PA

Over 160 fine Artists and Craftsmen will exhibit using media such as oil paintings, watercolors, pastels, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, works in wood, wearable art, glass art, photography, and more.

Ghost Tours of New Hope

Where: Main St. & Ferry St., New Hope
When: Fridays and Saturdays in September and October, tour starts promptly at 8 p.m.

Follow a lantern-led “walk” along picturesque streets where you’ll learn about the doings of such places as the towpath itself; or see the phantom hitchhiker who may pass you in the moonlight; or see the historic inn where Aaron Burr appears from time to time and stares with sightless eyes…. Plus new exciting stories have been added to the tour! Cost is $10 per person.

Trick or Treat Trains

Where: New Hope & Ivyland Railroad, 32 W. Bridge St, New Hope

Bring the kids to ride aboard this spooky train! Children of all ages are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes, helping to make the train a scary sight. Afterwards, trick or treat around the New Hope train station for more surprises. Trick or Treat bags and assorted toys and candy will be given out on board as well as at the station.

Art & Antiques Weekend

When: October 14 – 15, 2017
Where: Throughout the Delaware River Towns

October FEAST

Apple Festival

Food Truck & Wine Festival

Where: Alba Vineyard
When: October 22nd & 23rd, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Join the Alba Vineyard for a tasteful weekend filled with some of the best food trucks in the area, accompanied by great wine! Must be 21 to attend the event.
