Labor Day Block Party

Frenchtown Riverfest
Where: Downtown Frenchtown
When: Sunday, September 4th from noon until 6pm
Come celebrate the diverse range of avian wildlife in the Delaware Valley at this year’s Riverfest Celebration. This year’s theme is Wings Over the River with festivities including Bird Hatching, a bird parade and a screening of “Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill” will at the Art Yard. In addition to wing-themed fun, visitors can expect the return of popular traditions like the Paper Boat Riverfest Regatta, a wildlife show, live music, environmental exhibits, great food and family fun all around Frenchtown.

22nd Annual Sheep & Fiber Festival
Where: Hunterdon County Fairgrounds in Lambertville
When: September 10th & 11th, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What: This event is hosted by a fun, non-profit, educational organization promoting sheep and wool products in NJ!

Harvest Tasting & Tour in the Vineyard.
Where: At Crossing Vineyards & Winery, 1853 Wrightstown Rd, Washington Crossing, PA
When: Sunday, September 11, Noon
Explore the beauty of the vineyard at harvest time with Tom Carroll, Sr., co-founder of Crossing Vineyards & Winery. Includes wine tasting, tour and light lunch. Cost: $50 per person. Paint & Pour
When: Sep 23 @ 5:00 pm – 9:15 pm
Where: New Hope Winery
Artist Kim Gates-Flick will be guiding painters through an evening of painting and fun! Sign up today for one of our two sessions taking place from 5-7pm and 7:15-9:15 pm.  The cost is $40/person which includes all art supplies. Painter’s Specials on food and drinks will be available throughout the evening! Limited spaces available, buy your tickets at the New Hope Winery or online.

New Hope Arts & Crafts Festival
When: September 24th, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; September 25th, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: New Hope – Solebury High School, New Hope, PA
What: Over 160 fine Artists and Craftsmen will exhibit using media such as oil paintings, watercolors, pastels, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, works in wood, wearable art, glass art, photography, and more.

Family Dinner Train

Ghost Tours of New Hope
Where: Main St. & Ferry St., New Hope
When: Fridays and Saturdays in September and October, tour starts promptly at 8 p.m.
Follow a lantern-led “walk” along picturesque streets where you’ll learn about the doings of such places as the towpath itself; or see the phantom hitchhiker who may pass you in the moonlight; or see the historic inn where Aaron Burr appears from time to time and stares with sightless eyes…. Plus new exciting stories have been added to the tour! Cost is $10 per person.

Trick or Treat Trains
Where: New Hope & Ivyland Railroad, 32 W. Bridge St, New Hope
When: Bring the kids to ride aboard this spooky train! Children of all ages are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes, helping to make the train a scary sight. Afterwards, trick or treat around the New Hope train station for more surprises. Trick or Treat bags and assorted toys and candy will be given out on board as well as at the station.

Harvest Winemakers Dinner
When: October 22nd, 7:00 PM
Where: Crossing Vineyards & Winery, 1853 Wrightstown Rd. Washington Crossing, PA 18977
The evening will feature a five-course menu of American seasonal favorites paired with Crossing Vineyards’ award winning wines. Join them in celebrating the “fruit of our labors.”

When: Saturday Oct. 22, 2016 10am-Noon
Where: Bucks County Children’s museum
Join us for a fun-filled morning. Climb aboard a fire truck and take part in a fire safety program. Participate in hands on, interactive activities to “spark” understanding of fire safety. Presented by Eagle Fire Company & Doylestown Health. Free Admission with a donated clothing/toy item for kids- Cradles to Crayons Program.

River Reads Book Festival
When: October 23rd, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Where: Prallsville Mills DRMS, 33 Risler St. Stockton, NJ 08559
The River Reads 2016 Book Festival will feature a day of readings and author signings from over 40 authors from the Delaware River Valley.

2016 Le Nouveau Festival Weekend
